Everything we sell today is a one-off purchase. You pay once, you get what you bought, and that is the end of it — nothing renews, there is no subscription, and there is nothing to cancel. Your report stays available to you in your account after purchase.
You have 14 days from the day of your purchase to withdraw from it, without giving any reason. In the EU this right comes from the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU); in the UK, from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
One honest thing to understand before you buy. A scan is delivered within minutes and a report cannot be un-read. The law allows a trader to ask you, at checkout, to expressly request that we begin straight away and to acknowledge that you lose this right once the service has been fully performed. It allows exactly that and only that: we cannot take the right away, and we cannot bury the request. Unless we put that to you plainly at checkout and you agreed, you keep the full 14 days — including after your report has been delivered. Fully performed means your report has been delivered — or, if your purchase includes a strategy call, that the call has also been held.
What this means in practice:
How to withdraw. Tell us by an unequivocal statement within the 14 days — an email to support@analyticsdom.com saying you are withdrawing is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal before the period expires. We will acknowledge it promptly and pass it to Paddle, who handle the refund.
Model withdrawal form. (Complete and return this only if you wish to withdraw.)
To Edwin OÜ, Jüri tee 18f, Karla küla, Rae vald, Harjumaa 75326, Estonia,
support@analyticsdom.com:
I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract

Ordered on (*): ______
Name of consumer(s): ______
Address of consumer(s): ______
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ______
Date: ______
(*) Delete as appropriate.
This is a statutory right and it sits on top of everything else on this page. Where anything here appears to give you less than the law does, the law wins.
If something went genuinely wrong — a scan that failed and could not be re-run, a charge you did not expect, a report that never arrived — write to us. Paddle handles returns as our merchant of record, and we would rather refund a purchase than argue about one.
For refunds and billing, Paddle is our merchant of record and handles returns: paddle.net. For anything about the service itself, support@analyticsdom.com.
